Lee Selby Vs Joel Brunker
|
Lee Selby set up a shot at the IBF featherweight world title
after an impressive stoppage win against Joel Brunker. After a cagey and
cautious start Selby looked a class above throughout with his quick hands and
slick movement. Selby finished his man off in the ninth with a spiteful left
hook to Brunker’s ribs, which was then followed by a barrage of punches
including a left to the head. Brunker was left slumped on the bottom rope
struggling to balance, it gave the ref no option but to stop the fight and hand
Selby a well deserved victory.
