Is Mayweather Avoiding Pacquiao?

For years now the world has wanted this fight to happen and with two of the greatest fighters of our generation it would arguably be the biggest fight of all time. There are many reasons why this fight hasn’t or will never happen, like Mayweather wanted random urine and blood tests. Manny agreed to have urine tests but didn’t want random blood tests. Although he did say he would have one after the fight. Then Mayweather wanted a bigger share of the fights purse because he claims he brings in more numbers, which to be fair is true. Mayweather is the biggest fighter out there and sells more tickets than anyone. So Pacquiao then offered him a 55-45 purse split, which Floyd said wasn’t good enough.  He then went on to say Manny is a fighter on decline and cannot dictate the terms of the fight. At the end of the day Mayweather can still lay an offer on the table for Pacquiao but instead keeps shying away from doing such things and coming up with some ego fuelled rant about how he should get more money. If it comes down to money then Mayweather should either retire or fight Pacquiao because there isn’t a fight out there for him which will generate the money that a fight against Manny would. There is no other fight who can bring in the numbers Floyd does except Manny Pacquiao. I just think Mayweather doesn’t want the fight, he keeps throwing plenty of terms and conditions Pacquiao’s way and when Pacquiao agrees to them he just makes up more. Floyd keeps recycling old issues to stall any sort of negotiations between the two. So back to my question “is Mayweather Avoiding Pacquiao?” Yes I think he is avoiding him.
