After Pacquiao’s spokeswomen announced that the Filipino would make his ring return in September the Rumours and speculation about the pair meeting again have been flying around. However Pacquiao is running for re-election to his country’s congress next month so talk of an opponent and venue won’t take place until after the 13^th may elections.
